Terms of Service

Last updated: March 12, 2026

1. Service Description

R-Data ("the Service") is a diagram migration platform delivered as a Chrome Extension, a web backend, and a FigJam plugin. The Service extracts structured data from visual document platforms (Lucidchart, Miro, and FigJam) and enables users to migrate that data between platforms or export it as portable archives.

Supported migration routes include: Miro to FigJam, Lucidchart to FigJam, Lucidchart to Miro, FigJam to Miro, and ZIP export from any source. All routes produce editable shapes on the target platform — not screenshots or images.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the R-Data Chrome Extension, using the R-Data FigJam plugin, or using the R-Data website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Ownership

You own your data. R-Data does not claim ownership of any documents, diagrams, or other content extracted or migrated through the Service. The Service is a tool that retrieves and transforms data you already own from platforms where it is stored, and recreates it on your chosen destination platform.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to access and extract the documents you select.
  • You agree not to use the Service to access documents belonging to other users without authorization.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party platform's terms of service.
  • You are responsible for any content migrated to third-party platforms (including Miro and FigJam) through the Service.
  • You acknowledge that migration fidelity may vary by diagram complexity. R-Data preserves shapes, connectors, text, colors, and positions but certain platform-specific features (embedded data tables, conditional formatting, collaboration comments) may not transfer.

6. Pricing and Payment

R-Data uses a volume-based pricing model. Prices are displayed before checkout. All payments are one-time charges processed through Stripe. Each purchase grants a document extraction capacity that does not expire. The same price applies regardless of destination platform (FigJam, Miro, or ZIP export).

7. Refunds

If the Service fails to extract or migrate your documents due to a technical issue on our end, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting support@supe-us.com. Refunds are not available if the extraction and migration completed successfully, regardless of subjective assessment of output quality.

8. Third-Party Platforms

R-Data interacts with third-party platforms including Lucidchart (Lucid Software Inc.), Miro (RealtimeBoard Inc.), and Figma/FigJam (Figma Inc.). R-Data is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. Platform names are used solely to identify the services R-Data interoperates with.

These platforms may change their APIs, rate limits, authentication methods, or access policies at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to extraction or migration capabilities for any platform. If a third-party platform blocks access, we will attempt to resolve the issue but cannot guarantee continued service for that route.

9. FigJam Plugin

The R-Data FigJam plugin runs within the Figma plugin sandbox and creates shapes directly on your FigJam canvas. The plugin requires the Chrome Extension for document extraction — it does not extract data independently. The plugin's network access is limited to R-Data servers and approved image CDNs as declared in the plugin manifest.

10. Limitation of Liability

R-Data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, R-Data shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

R-Data's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

R-Data does not guarantee the fidelity, completeness, or accuracy of migrated content. Certain diagram elements may not have equivalents on the target platform and may be rendered as approximations or omitted.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support@supe-us.com. Upon termination, your extracted data will be deleted according to our standard retention policy (7-day TTL for document data, 30-day TTL for job metadata).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Contact
